Description

Lower Westwater Farmhouse is a house dating from the 17th or 18th century, constructed of rendered stone rubble. It features a steeply pitched slate roof that is hipped at the east end and gabled at the west end. The building has a double pile plan and stands two storeys tall. The windows are 19th-century casements, and there are brick chimney stacks located at both the east and west ends of the house.
