Description

Little Beaumont is a cottage that likely dates from the late 17th century or early 18th century, with some later alterations. It is constructed of cob with a stone plinth and is rendered beneath a thatched roof, which is hipped at the right-hand end and gabled at the left, the latter having been recently renewed after a partial collapse. The cottage has two storeys and features a front with a two-window range, including two and three-light windows on both floors, with the upper windows positioned under eyebrow eaves. There are also two small windows at the rear, one of which is from the 20th century. A right-hand extension was added in the 20th century. The interior has not been inspected.
