Description

The Cottage, formerly known as Ivy Cottage, is an early 19th-century detached house located on Manstone Lane. It is constructed of stucco and may have undergone modifications from an earlier building. The house features a thatched roof and has a three-window garden front with 2-light casements that include Venetian shutters. On the ground floor, there is a verandah that has been glazed in. The side elevation displays two sash windows with glazing bars. Additionally, there is a thatched lean-to extension on the street front.
