Description

Lower Woolbrook Farmhouse is a two-storey cob farmhouse dating from the 17th to 18th century. It is positioned with its front at right angles to Woolbrook Road and features two projecting wings at the back. The farmhouse has a thatched roof with red brick end stacks. The front has four windows, which are three-light wood casements. There is a new door, and in the center of the front elevation, there is an external chimney with decorative stonework on the stacks.
