Description

Nos 9 and 10 on Oxford Street are cottages dating from the 17th to 18th century. They feature a timber frame with a brick facing and have a thatched roof. The buildings are one storey with an attic and consist of one bay, including a side through passage leading to a rear wing, which was once No 9. There is a gable stack, a boarded door, and three 4-pane sash windows with segmental heads. Additionally, there are 3-light flush dormers, and the thatch extends low over a narrow rear extension.
