Description
The gabled archway located to the south-east of the church dates from around 1882-1883. It is made of stone and is positioned opposite the south-east door, leading to the entrance arch that is part of No 25. The arch features a four-centred design with a tablet and has a traceried oculus above it. This archway is part of a group of related structures that includes the former Sunday School, the former 'Institute' to the east, The Tabernacle United Reformed Church, and Nos 24 to 26 (consecutive) as well as 2 and 3 Tabernacle Cottages.
