Description
This building is an early to mid 19th century three-storey warehouse located on the southeast side of Duke Street, adjacent to the house at the rear of No. 7 Church Street. It is constructed of painted brick and features stone cill bands, topped with a double Roman tile roof. The facade includes two ranges of windows that have segmental heads and glazing bar sashes. Notably, the left-hand first-floor window has been altered to a casement style, with an additional rectangular modern window added to its left. The ground floor is fitted with two 20th-century shop fronts that have panelled pilasters and fluted fascia brackets.
