Description

Nos 3 and 4 on Church Street are early to mid-19th century buildings. They are three storeys tall, constructed of painted brick, and feature a stone cill band along with raised surrounds for two ranges of plate glass sash windows. Number 3 retains the remains of a late 19th century shop front, while Number 4 has a modern shop front. The buildings have a double Roman tile roof. Nos 2 to 7 and 9 to 12 form a group with the Emmanuel Baptist Church, including its gate and gatepiers.
