Description

Home Farm is an 1845 house located on the Ailesbury Estate. It is built from yellow-pink brick and features a tiled roof. The building has two storeys and a 'T'-plan layout, with a gabled porch at the entrance on the south end gable of the cross bar of the 'T'. The entrance includes a boarded door topped by a three-centred arch and a margin-glazed panel above. There are two-light cross windows with iron diamond lattice glazing and gauged red brick lintels. A stone panel displaying the arms and date is located in the first-floor front gable. The roof has wide eaves and is covered with a combination of plain and fish-scaled tiles, while a brick stack is present.
