Description

This is a headstone located in the churchyard, 10 metres south of the chancel of the Church of All Saints. It dates from the early 18th century and is made of limestone. The headstone features a raised panel that is flanked by fluted Ionic columns in relief. Above the panel is a pediment with a putto in the gable, along with scrolls. The design includes death's head and hourglass terminals. The headstone commemorates Leonard Yats, who died in 1701.
