Description

The garden wall to Corner Cottage, located along Idmiston Church Road, dates from the 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of cob on flint and brick footings, topped with thatched coping. The wall is approximately 37 centimeters thick, stands 1.8 meters high, and stretches 35 meters in length. This wall is an important feature at the entrance to Idmiston village.
