Description
Eastville House is an 18th-century house located on the west side of Urchfont High Street. It is constructed of diaper brick on stone footings and has a slated roof. The building has two storeys and features three wide bays, with the right bay being an addition. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door set within a doorcase that has an arris bead moulding, topped by a flat moulded canopy supported by stone brackets.
On the ground floor, there are tripartite sash windows with 12 panes each, which are adorned with gauged brick lintels. There is also a blocked door near the gable of the right bay. The upper floor contains three sash windows with 16 panes each in the original two bays, along with a matching sash window in the right bay; all the sashes have been rebuilt. A large external chimney stack is located at the right gable end and features some lozenge patterning.
