Urchfont House is a house dating from the late 18th and early 19th centuries. It is rendered and colourwashed, with a slate roof. The symmetrical front elevation has five bays and two rooms in depth. A six-panelled door is centrally located, accessed by two rounded steps beneath a stone moulded canopy supported by elongated consoles. A plat band runs along the front. The windows are sixteen-paned sashes within raised surrounds; the window in the fifth bay from the left is blind. Gable stacks are present.
