Description
Hollow Lane Cottage is a late 17th-century house located on the southwest side of Grafton Hollow Lane in Wilton. The building is constructed of brick with flint detailing, and has gables rebuilt in brick. It is covered by a thatched roof. The cottage has a three-bay, gabled facade facing the street. A central boarded door leads to a staircase positioned between the chimney stacks. There are three-light casement windows on the ground floor, with a variety of other windows above, and two small, blocked windows located above the door. The thatched roof is half-hipped. 20th-century extensions have been added to the rear, forming a conservatory, and along the northwest side of the road.
