Description

The barn at Manor Farm, dating from the early 19th century, is a timber-framed structure with weatherboarding resting on brick sills. It features asbestos slate and corrugated sheet roofing at the rear. The barn consists of nine bays, including one bay midstreys in bays 4 and 7, along with a lean-to between them. The gables of the midstreys overhang, and the gables and the bay 4 midstreys have half-hipped roofs. Inside, there are jowled posts with braces to the ties, raking struts, and a collar and double purlin roof.
