Pair of houses and barn, now one house. c1840. Limestone rubble with brick gable stacks and stone slate roof. Single-depth plan. 2 storeys and attic; 4-window range. Main front to the garden has cambered heads to 2/2-pane C20 sashes, the pair to the right wider spaced and lower on the first floor, with a C20 dormer; street front has a left of centre doorway with timber lintel and C20 door, and horned 6/6-pane sashes in exposed frames, 2 first-floor windows to the right and single ground- and first-floor windows to the left. A lower former barn to the S has a slate roof, timber lintels to blocked doorways and a left-hand first-floor loft entrance; C20 glazing to the garden front. INTERIOR: not inspected.
