Description

TIDCOMBE AND FOSBURY TIDCOMBE SU 25 NE 9/217 Hawkins monument in churchyard, 7m south-east of tower, Church of St. Michael GV II Tomb. Late C19. Portland stone. Cuboid with plain corner pilasters on base, and with moulded entablature, within paved area enclosed with cast iron railings. Similar to, and forms a group with the pair of Hawkins monuments, (q.v.).
