Description

Nos 29 and 30 are a pair of estate cottages built in 1863. They are constructed from brick and laced flint, topped with a tiled roof. The cottages are two stories high and consist of three bays, with gables on the center and left bays. There is a single-storey, half-hipped service room attached to the front between the first and second bays. The windows are two- and three-light styles with stopped chamfered frames and pointed arches, and there is tile hanging in the tympana. A datestone is located on the left end gable. In front of the building, there is a contemporary washhouse range.
