Description
Great Dairy Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely has origins in the 17th century and was altered in the 18th century. It features a roughcast exterior with stone slate roofs, a west stack, and two rear wall stacks. The building is two storeys high and has large casement windows. The west end has a one-window range of triple casements with a break in the roofline, followed by a five-window range that includes three triple casements and two pairs of casements on the first floor, along with a ground floor door, a triple casement, and a 4-light casement. The door is situated in a hipped stone-slate enclosed porch. At the rear of the main section, there is a slate lean-to, and the rear of the west end features a first floor 20-pane sash window.
