Description

Little Smithcott Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse built of red brick, with the front rendered in a pebbledash finish. It has a stone slate roof and end stacks. The house is two storeys and an attic, with a three-window front. There are two hipped, 16-pane windows to each side, and a 16-pane window over a six-panel door, which is set within a pebbledashed porch. The windows are sash windows with cambered heads. The north wall is brick in a Flemish bond pattern. A north-east rear wing originally served as a dairy and cheese room.
