Description

This is a chest tomb from the 15th century located in the churchyard, three metres south of the Lady Chapel at the Church of St Mary in Bishops Cannings. It is made of limestone and features a deeply moulded table and a chamfered base. The sides and ends of the tomb are arcaded with trefoiled panels. There is no inscription on the tomb.
