GV II

Semi-detached cottage. Early C18. Dressed limestone, tiled roof with half-hip to right and coped verge to left, axial brick stack and stone stack to left. Baffle-entry plan. Two-storey, 5-window. Central 6-panelled door in moulded architrave with 5-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement, formerly two 2-light mullioned casements, either side. First floor has five 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned casements; all leaded. Left return has 2- light mullioned casement to first floor and single recessed chamfered light to attic. Rear and interior not accessible at time of survey (February 1986), but said to have beams.
