Description

Milestone on Gore Down, 18th century, located on the north side of Everleigh A342, Ludgershall Road. This milestone is made of limestone and features a square column with fixing points on the top and face, as well as a bench mark on the right side. There is no visible inscription. It is one of a series of milestones along the Andover to Devizes turnpiked road.
