Description

This is a barn located to the west of Pear Tree Cottage, dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed from rubble stone and features a concrete tile roof, with coped gables and saddlestones. The barn has opposed cart entries, a half-hipped gable on the east side, and a lean-to roof over the west side entry. Inside, there is a five-bay double purlin roof supported by collar trusses and tie-beam-and-collar trusses.
