Description
This 18th-century barn, located in the estate yard of Corsham Court, is constructed from rubble stone and features a stone tiled roof. The east gable is coped and has a saddlestone, while the hipped roof at the west end extends over a full-height opening. On the south side, there is a projecting hipped cart-entry positioned to the right of center, supported by ashlar piers and featuring 20th-century glazing. To the left of the cart-entry, there is a vent-loop, a 19th-century four-pane window, and two doors set in flush surrounds. Above the right door, there is a gabled eaves dormer with an ashlar circular opening. The rear of the barn has a low cart-entry with a timber lintel, which is now blocked. The barn is marked on an estate map from around 1745.
