Description
A terrace of six houses at 2-12 Gastons Road, Malmesbury, was built in 1846. The houses are constructed from coursed, squared limestone rubble with brick gable and party wall stacks, and a stone slate roof. Each house has a double-depth plan and two storeys, with a single window per floor. The houses are arranged in symmetrical pairs, with cambered heads over the inner doorways, which now have 20th-century doors. Most windows are 20th-century casements, though No.2 retains some original 19th-century casements with 6/6 panes. Rear gabled ranges are present. A datestone is set into the end gable of No.2. The interiors are reported to have been altered.
