Description

SU 07 SE WINTERBOURNE BASSETT - 5/157 Whyr Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Early-mid C19. Limestone ashlar with slate roof. Double pile plan with the rear block of brick. Three bays. Central 6-panelled door with fanlight and bracketed moulded hood. Sixteen-paned sashes with flush keyed stone lintels. Gable stack. A farmhouse has occupied this site since c1700.
