Description

Glebe Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century and mid 19th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and features a plain tile roof added in the 20th century. The building originally likely had a two-unit plan and stands three storeys tall. The front has a three-window range of plain casements, with some on the left having gauged stone heads and those on the right featuring wood lintels. There are central glazed doors and ashlar stacks at both ends of the building. To the left, there is a two-storey section with a two-window range that includes casements with glazing bars under wood lintels. The rear, which faces the road, is similar and has a 19th-century lean-to extension. The interior has not been inspected, but it is noted to have panelled window reveals.
