Description
This milestone, located in front of Milend at the south end of the village of Collingbourne Kingston, dates from the 18th or early 19th century. It is made of limestone and features a rectangular pillar with a gabled top. The incised inscription has been overpainted and reads: "To / Marlbro" with the remainder being illegible. Additionally, there is a benchmark on the lower face of the milestone.
