Description
The Green is an 18th-century house constructed from rubble stone, topped with an asbestos cement slate roof. It features coped gables and ashlar end wall stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a two-window range. On the first floor, there are flush bead-moulded mullion windows, consisting of one three-light window and one two-light window. The ground floor includes a three-light bead-moulded window with a hoodmould, alongside a flush panelled door set in a moulded doorcase with a hood supported by brackets. The sash opening lights are present in the windows. The lower floor appears to have been built at the same time as the White Horse on the right and The Malthouse on the left.
