Description

Pipers Wait is a house dating from the later 18th century, constructed of squared rubble with a stone tiled roof. It features a brick ridge stack at the original north end wall. There is a 20th-century extension at the north end with a coped gable. The house is two stories high and originally had a two-window range of casements and a central door, with oak lintels and small-paned windows. The door is set within a 20th-century porch. The north end extension includes one window range and a garage opening below. Pipers Wait is listed for its group value with No. 5, to which it is attached.
