Description
This is a terrace of four, three-storey houses, dating from the late 18th or early 19th century and constructed in ashlar. The windows are arranged in pairs per house, with the exception of number 34, which has three single windows. They are sash windows, some with glazing bars. The ground floor and second-floor windows have plain reveals, while the first-floor windows have moulded architrave surrounds and a flat cornice above, except for number 33, which has a triangular pediment above the window pair. A plain string runs at the level of the first-floor sills, topped by a moulded cornice and a plain parapet. The houses have square-headed doorways with fanlights in plain openings, each with a stone doorcase featuring Tuscan half-columns, an entablature, and a pediment. The terrace is designated as a Grade II* building due to its group value, alongside Budbury House and Budbury Place.
