Description
No 12 Wine Street Terrace is a small house located to the south-west of St Mary's Chapel in Tory, built in the early 19th century. The house is constructed of ashlar and has two storeys with a slate roof and eaves. There is a string course at the first-floor sill level and another above the ground floor. The first floor features two windows, with a blocked-up window space in the center. On the ground floor, there are two windows flanking a central doorway. The windows are sashes with glazing bars. The round-headed doorway is deeply recessed and includes a semi-circular fanlight. To the right, there is a two-storey, one-window extension that has a cornice and parapet. No 12 is part of a group that includes St Mary's Chapel and its gates.
