Description

This is a two-storey building dating to the late 18th or early 19th century. It is constructed of ashlar and has a pantiled roof, with a stringcourse running along the facade. A plinth rises from the ground. The building has three windows, which are mostly sash windows with glazing bars. A centrally-placed modern glazed door provides access. The building is included on the heritage register for its group value alongside numbers 38 to 49.
