Description

This is a two-storey building dating from the 19th century, located on the north side of Newtown. The exterior is constructed of rubble with ashlar window surrounds. It has a slate roof and originally contained two windows. The windows are casements with glazing bars. To the right is an archway with a rectangular head and keystone. A shop window is located to the left, featuring a moulded fascia and original glazing bars with large panes of glass. A central doorway and a plain doorway to the left are also present. The building is included for group value with numbers 38 to 49 on the same side of the street.
