Description

Jasmine Cottage is a 17th-century timber-framed cottage located on the south side of Oxford Street in Ramsbury. The building incorporates brick and some wattle and daub infill panels, and has a thatched roof. It is a single-storey and attic structure with three bays, featuring a stack positioned between the first and second bays, and an entrance in the second bay. The timber frame is irregular but typically two panels high, displaying corner braces. It has a boarded front door and timber multi-paned windows. There are two casement dormers in the roof. The right gable has been extended by one panel width using brickwork. The interior features chamfered spine beams.
