Description

Tellings' Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse with alterations from the 19th century. It is constructed of squared and coursed rubble with timber lintels and has a gabled roof covered in stone slate, with brick stacks at each end. The south front has two storeys and an attic, with three windows. The windows are 2-pane, 3-light casements dating from the 19th century, with the ground-floor windows set within arched recesses. There are three hipped dormers, each with a 2-light casement. A central gabled stone porch has weatherboarding and an inner 6-panel door with two lights above. Dormers and the ridge feature ball finials.
