Description

Lindley Cottage is a two-storey cottage built around 1700, located on the west side of The Street in East Knoyle. It is constructed of Flemish bond brick and features a tiled roof with brick stacks at the gable ends. The cottage has three windows across its front. The central entrance is a planked door set within a segmental-headed porch, flanked by three-light leaded casements on either side. On the first floor, there is a two-light wooden casement above the door, with three-light casements on both sides. The rear wall is made of rubble stone.
