Description
Number 13 is a house from the mid-19th century, constructed of limestone ashlar with a slate roof that features coping and moulded ashlar stacks at the gable ends. The house has a double-depth plan and is two storeys high, displaying a symmetrical three-window arrangement with 8/8-pane sash windows. Architectural details include a cornice, blocking course, pilasters, eaves, and first-floor bands. There are steps leading up to a Tuscan prostyle portico that covers a six-panel door, which is glazed to the top, along with a four-pane overlight. The interior has not been inspected. The front garden is enclosed by a squared and coursed limestone rubble wall, which has piers at the center and corners, each topped with cornices and shallow pyramidal caps.
