1/123 Two Elkins monuments in the churchyard about 2m north of nave of Church of St. Michael

GV II

Two chest tombs. Early C18. Limestone. Each tomb on plinth with two recessed moulded panels to main sides, cavetto-moulded flat top. Tombs linked by stone slabs across gap between them. North tomb with inscriptions to Thomas Elkins died 1714 and his wife Lucy died 1737, south tomb to their son Thomas died 1719.
