Detached house. Early C19. Dressed limestone, hipped Welsh slate roof with rendered stacks. Two-storey, 3-window entrance front. Central 6-panelled door with octagonal-paned transom light and flat wooden hood on brackets, 16-pane sash either side. First floor has three 16-pane sashes. Roof on deep eaves. Attached formerly single-storey outhouse with 2-light casement and planked door (door part of Piggotts (q.v. 4/128)). Right return has single- light-casement to first floor. Left return has c1980 imitation sash to ground floor left, with 16-pane sash to right-and two 16-pane sashes to first floor; a small c1980 4-pane top-hung casement window to left on each floor. Rear C20 two-storey extension not of special interest. Interior: some window shutters; imported hob-grate fireplace with C20 reeded architrave.
