Description
Friarton is a detached house built in the early 19th century. The exterior is constructed of dressed limestone, with a Welsh slate hipped roof and brick gable end stacks. The house is two storeys high with a three-window front. A central six-panelled door is set within an ovolo-moulded architrave, above which is a transom light. Either side of the door are twelve-pane sashes. The first floor has three further twelve-pane sashes, all within moulded architraves. A garage is attached to the right return. The rear of the property and its interior were inaccessible at the time of survey in January 1986.
