Description
There are two chest tombs located in the churchyard about 1.5 meters east of the tower of the Church of St. Michael. These tombs date from the mid and late 18th century and are made of limestone. Both tombs share the same design, featuring a plinth, two fielded panels on the main sides, and one panel on the ends. They have a chamfered flat top with inscriptions. The southern tomb is dedicated to Elizabeth Barker, who died in 1750, while the northern tomb is for John Barker, who died in 1781.
