KILMINGTON NORTON FERRIS ST 73 NE (west side) 3/81 Milestone about 10 metres north of The Thatches II Milestone. Early C19. Limestone pillar with half-round top, incised lettering to front, MAIDEN BRADLEY (curved around top) / 2 / FROME / 8. The Mere to Maiden Bradley road was turnpiked 1754- 56.
