Description
There are two chest tombs located in the churchyard, approximately 3 to 5 meters west of the west tower of the Church of St Michael. These tombs date from the 19th century and are made of limestone. Both feature round-edged tables and moulded bases, along with bead-moulded side panels. The eastern tomb is dedicated to John Pinckney Loder, who died in 1870, and his wife, while the western tomb commemorates Susannah and Elizabeth, among others.
