Description

The granary at Wilsford House is an 18th-century structure. It is timber framed and covered with elm weatherboarding, supported on four by three staddles. The roof is tiled and features a half-hipped design. There is a door on the north side and small vents in the gable ends. Inside, the granary has a chamfered central ceiling beam and storage bins on two sides. A staircase in the corner leads to the upper floor, which is now fitted with shelves. The roof has long curved wind braces supporting a single clasped purlin.
