Description

This milestone, located about 160 meters south of Coldharbour, dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features a triangular-plan front and has a cast-iron plate affixed to the left side that reads 'Chippenham 2'. As of 1986, the milestone is positioned approximately 4 meters back from its original location.
