Description

This is a 17th-century house located on the west side of Pound Pill, Corsham. It is built of rubble stone with a stone-tiled roof and a chimney stack at the west end. The house has one and a half storeys. The south side features a dormer gable with a two-light recessed window featuring a cyma-moulded design and a hoodmould. The ground floor has a doorway with a similar moulded single light to the right and a three-light recessed window with an ovolo moulding to the left. A west-end outbuilding has a pantile roof. On the north side, a dormer gable contains a two-light recessed window with an ovolo moulding, and the ground floor has a two-light and a three-light recessed chamfered window, both with hoodmoulds.
