Description

No. 14 East Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of painted ashlar and features a low-pitched slate roof with a stack at the north end. The building has a regular two-storey facade with three windows. At the base, there is a rubble plinth that may be of an earlier date, along with a raised band and an eaves band. The windows are sixteen-pane sashes, and there is a central door that is topped with a hood supported by brackets.
