Description

Hugditch is a house dating from the 16th to 17th century. It is timber framed with colourwashed brick noggings and has a thatched roof. The building is single-storey with an attic, featuring three bays and end lean-tos, with the right lean-to being framed. There is a two-bay, two-storey rear wing. A boarded door is located in the right lean-to, sheltered by a thatched canopy. The house has leaded windows and 20th-century patio doors spanning the centre of the two bays. There are three dormers, and gable stacks with thatch extending over the ends. The interior has not been seen.
